Returns and Refunds

Creating happy customers is the top priority at Gator Hill.

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

To start a return or exchange, email  gatorhillbrand@gmail.com  with your order number.

Refunds:
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours and we’ll make it right.
